An aspect of collaborating is sharing the dreams and the experiences of how to make them a reality. At DCF we are committed to sharing all our experience related to organizational transformation and innovation related to alternative family- and community-based care.

We have put these experiences to the service of the Ecuadorian state to implement public policy, but we also share these with other civil society organizations and operators of the child protection system, so they can nourish their processes of accompanying the families in the protection and care of their children.

We have trained more than 1200 professionals in Ecuador and other countries.
