We invite staff from organizations that offer institutional care to think and reflect together about transformation towards family and community based care

This training consists of 5 modules of 48 hours each, including online sessions (Zoom). It comes with a certificate from the Red Convivencia. If you want to learn about how to:

  • Apply the United Nations Guidelines for the alternative Care of Children.

  • Apply collaborative and dialogical practices in institutional care.

  • Facilitate psycho-social processes of strengthening and empowering families.

  • Implement gatekeeping practices, family support, kinship care, autonomy, or foster care.

  • Mutually take care of the caretakers
